About this Recipe

This chia seed pudding is easy to make and have ready to go in the morning for a quick breakfast. I love how simple this recipe is. This pudding is packed with fiber and is flavorful and delicious!

Ingredients

  • 3 TBSP Organic Chia Seeds
  • 1/3 cup Almond Milk
  • 1 TBSP Local Honey
  • 1 TSP  Cinnamon
  • Topped with:
  • Organic Strawberries
  • Organic Banana

This recipe is simple and quick to make. It is slightly sweet but not overly sweet. If you personally like it on the sweeter side then add a little more honey. This is perfect to make the night before for an efficient morning. You can top it with your favorite fruit; I switch it up between strawberries, blueberries, kiwi, and banana. You can also add some granola on top for an extra crunch!

Step by Step Instructions

Step 1

Get a small dish or food storage container and put 3 tablespoons of organic chia seeds into the container.

Step 2

Add a 1/3 cup of almond milk (or your milk of choice)

Step 3

Stir the chia seeds and milk and add in the cinnamon and honey. Then stir again. Put the top on the container and place in the fridge.

Step 4

Chop a few strawberries and slice half a banana.

Step 5

Wait an hour (if you desire to eat right away) or place in fridge over night. In the morning open container and stir again. Top with fresh fruit and enjoy!
