Easy Recipes
All recipes are designed to be easy to follow and quick to make. After being a student athlete for 5 years I had to be efficient with my time because I did not want to be eating protein bars for every meal due to the lack of time I had. So, I found ways to make healthy meals in a time crunch.

Finding products that have good ingredients can be hard to come by. I enjoy the challenge of finding great products that are good alternatives for options that aren’t as healthy

I love to go out to eat and experience good food! Food for the soul is important and it’s okay to eat out and enjoy yourself. I love to give reviews on restaurant menu items that are healthy OR indulgent!
Clean Ingredients
Clean ingredients are important for Gut Health which is a journey I am currently on. Currently suffering from an inflamed gut with IBS, I am tired of not feeling my best. Clean ingredients play a huge roll in how you feel, your energy levels, and mood.

Balance is key to a healthy lifestyle. Taking into account all aspects of yourself and finding what works for you is important. I enjoy an 80/20 lifestyle where I eat healthy majority of the time but indulge in other food when I choose.
